Only what you send us in a trade enquiry: your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number, delivery destination, website and the details of what you are looking for.

Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go on to order, to fulfil that order. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Our lawful basis
Legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us — and, where an order follows, performance of a contract.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for [TBC] months. Records relating to an actual order are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires.

Who else sees it

Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's session storage so the product range keeps a consistent order while you browse. That value is cleared when you close the tab, is not sent to us, and identifies nothing about you.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it. Email us and we will action it. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
